Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw social data and strategic business decisions. Your core duties will include:

• Social Listening & Analysis: Utilize tools like YouScan, Google Keyword Planner, and TikTok Analytics to monitor brand health and answer critical business questions.

• Data Architecture: Build and verify robust data structures, including keyword mapping, tagging systems, and data categorization.

• Strategic Reporting: Synthesize complex datasets into clear, high-impact reports. You will own the delivery of:

  • BESS Quarterly Performance Reports.

  • Monthly Summaries and Key Campaign Deep Dives.

  • The Annual Beauty Trend Report.

• Insight Evangelism: Drive the adoption of Digital Consumer and Social Insights across the broader team to support brand-building initiatives.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who is both analytical and a great storyteller:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven background in Social Listening, Social Media Analysis, or Digital Media Analytics.

• Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Excel is a must.

  • Familiarity with the Social Media Ecosystem and Brand Growth Metrics.

  • Willingness to master specialized Social Listening tools.

• Communication: Excellent English skills with the ability to translate “data-speak” into easy-to-understand recommendations for stakeholders.
