Compensation: Salary + Highest Industry Commission (Total potential: ฿40,000 – ฿100,000)
Office Location: Bangkok (BTS Ratchathewi)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (High performers can work fully WFH)

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Growth: Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales targets to significantly increase the company’s sales volume.
    Customer Relationship Management: Conduct proactive outreach to establish, develop, and strengthen reliable, loyal relationships with business customers across Thailand.
  • Business Development: Generate new opportunities by identifying, researching, and prospecting potential leads within target B2B markets.
  • Inbound Lead Handling: Manage and respond to all inbound leads, ensuring professional and prompt communication with business customers.
  • Product Presentation: Effectively present the company’s full portfolio of products and its unique value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Consultation & Quotation: Gather and understand customer requirements via phone and email, providing expert guidance on printing products, and preparing accurate, customized quotations.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals to secure new business.
  • System Integrity: Accurately record all customer interactions, sales activities, and data in the CRM and ERP systems.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the production team to manage timelines, ensuring smooth order delivery and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Team Support: Execute additional tasks as directed by the Team Leader or Manager to support overall team objectives.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales role.
    Core Competencies:
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Highly self-driven, motivated, and a fast learner.
