Job Description

Salary: 35,000 – 55,000 per month negotiable 

1st / 2nd Line Support Technician /IT Technician / IT Support Engineer / IT Service Engineer / IT Service Desk Technician / Helpdesk Engineer / IT Support Technician / Support Technician / Technical Support / IT Support / IT Systems Engineer / IT Systems Support / Desktop Support/ First Line/Second Line Support /Service Desk Analyst

1st/2nd Line Support Analyst required to support external clients remotely. The chosen candidate will have strong experience across Windows environments.

Key Skills/Experience

– Windows 7-10

– Office 2010- 2016

– Active Directory

– Back Up Solutions

– Office 365/ Exchange 2010/2013/2016

Only candidates who have very good English Language skills and some Chinese will be considered.
