- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channel sush as cold calling networking.
- Set up meeting with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Collaborate with team members & other division to deliver result meet or beyond the customer need.
- Negotiate/close details and handle complaints or objections.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Sceince, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business Computer, or Business Administration
- 2-10 Years experience in sales with IT field.
- Good communication for each parties (customer, technical team, vendor, etc.) and good for project management.
- Through understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Engineer or Presales backround is advantage.
