Job Description:
- Network Infrastrcuture Monitoring and Support 24/6 (Able to Onshift).
- Have familiar with enterprise network and service monioring tool.
- Configuraiton maintain various network and security deivce(e.g Cisco Palo-alto VPN QOS Dynamic Routing).
- Provide support / troubleshooting to resolve issue.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Telecom Engineering
Experience:
- Experience between 3-7 years.
- Be familiar with Cisco product.
- Be familiar with Load Balancer equipment.
- Be familiar witth Firewall appliance.
- Be familiar with support operation.
Qualifications:
- Work with under pressure.
- Good English communication.
Certificates:
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP Network) or Association Level. (CCNA).
- Cisco Certified Network Professional Enterprise (CCNP Enterprise).
- CompTIA Network+.
