Support Engineer (Network)

Job Description:

  • Network Infrastrcuture Monitoring and Support 24/6 (Able to Onshift).
  • Have familiar with enterprise network and service monioring tool.
  • Configuraiton maintain various network and security deivce(e.g Cisco Palo-alto VPN QOS Dynamic Routing).
  • Provide support / troubleshooting to resolve issue.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Telecom Engineering

Experience:

  • Experience between 3-7 years.
  • Be familiar with Cisco product.
  • Be familiar with Load Balancer equipment.
  • Be familiar witth Firewall appliance.
  • Be familiar with support operation.

Qualifications:

  • Work with under pressure.
  • Good English communication.

Certificates:

  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP Network) or Association Level. (CCNA).
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional Enterprise (CCNP Enterprise).
  • CompTIA Network+.
