Ability to deal with difficult customer situations. Author, edit, publish and maintain an online knowledge base of known issues/solutions.
- Successful candidates will possess the following skills, education, and experience:
- At least 1 year of industry experience in supporting enterprise software components.
- A basic degree of analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong Windows administration skills with the ability to diagnose Windows system issues using the Windows Event Viewer logs.
- SQL Server experience (queries)….support or administration a plus.
- Thorough understanding of and ability to use and troubleshoot the Microsoft Office suite (specifically MS Excel & Outlook).
- Ability to work under own initiative and respond to peaks in demand. Strong relationship management skills, establishing empathy
- with customers through insight into their business drivers and expectations.
- Thai or Foreigner currently living in Thailand.
- Fluent communicate in English.
