Job Description:
- There are several types of applications – APIs, Desktop, Web-based and Cloud applications. Lots of challenge work and opportunities to expand knowledge and learning the new things.
- Working cross functionally with customers and partners taddress complex customer questions and drive incidents tresolution.
- Troubleshoot, isolate and resolve container orchestration/management issues, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
- Troubleshoot, isolate and resolve complex application deployments issues.
- Execute and deliver on goals and initiatives
- Work on complex issues, analyzing situations or data that require in depth evaluation
- Your expertise and discretion will be required tthink outside the box and resolve highly complex issues in creative and effective ways
- May need twork on small enhancement as well as modified existing product.
- Rotation of the on call duties 12*5 or 12*7 tsupport the production issues by working thru a chat via MS Teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer/related majors (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related field).
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Software Development with proven record of technical strength and mentorship experience
- Good communication in English and Thai (reading, writing and speaking) and be able tclearly articulate opinions and ideas. Basic
- English speaking skill is acceptable.
- Good knowledge of Web programming – preferably with some of the following language/framework:
- Java
- RPA
- JavaScript or TypeScript
- Spring Boot and other Spring frameworks
- Angular or other Java Script framework
- Python
- Basic Linux skill – able tuse linux commands tinvestigate issues
- Basic network skill – understanding how things connect teach other’s and how ttroubleshoot network connection issues
Advantages:
- Knowledge of Cloud Native, Docker, Ansible or Kubernetes developer level (need for admin level)
- Git, Maven, GitHub CI/CD or other cloud deployment pipelines
