Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent Customer Service
- Takes the lead on critical customers incidents, associated to customer communication, activities and any appropriate escalations.
- Provide support in the use of applications or related third party products by providing solutions, workarounds, and advice in a timely manner.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in IT Support or other customer support role supporting IT product suite.
- Strong proficiency in SQL database management.
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft´s office products, databases and remote control.
- Ability to explain complex solutions to the customer in an understandable way.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Thai or Foreigner currently living in Thailand.
- Fluent communicate in English.
