JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent Customer Service
  • Takes the lead on critical customers incidents, associated to customer communication, activities and any appropriate escalations.
  • Provide support in the use of applications or related third party products by providing solutions, workarounds, and advice in a timely manner.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in IT Support or other customer support role supporting IT product suite.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL database management.
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft´s office products, databases and remote control.
  • Ability to explain complex solutions to the customer in an understandable way.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Thai or Foreigner currently living in Thailand.
  • Fluent communicate in English.
