Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team in Thailand. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and marketing strategies. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing social media campaigns, managing client accounts, and driving engagement and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement social media strategies for clients, aligned with their goals and objectives
  • Manage multiple social media accounts across various platforms, ensuring consistent brand presence and messaging
  • Develop engaging and creative content, tailored to each platform and target audience
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner
  • Analyze social media performance using relevant tools and metrics, and provide regular reports to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with other marketing efforts
  • Identify and propose innovative strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive conversions

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to optimize social media campaigns
  • Experience in managing paid social media campaigns is a plus
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
