About the Role:
Our client, a renowned multinational Retail and Consumer Products company, is seeking a Director, Digital Transformation & IT Solutions to lead and drive its digital transformation journey. This pivotal role requires a seasoned IT professional with a proven track record in delivering innovative solutions and optimizing business processes.

Salary: ฿180,000 – ฿220,000 plus benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Project Management: Oversee complex IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with business units to identify opportunities, address challenges, and provide strategic IT solutions.
  • Technology Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Global Collaboration: Work with global and regional IT teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in IT operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods organization.
  • Proven track record in delivering successful digital transformation initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of IT technologies, including ERP, CRM, eCommerce, BI, and cloud solutions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
