Senior Business Analyst (IT)

Requirements:

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions to automate and modernize systems.
  • Performing requirements analysis, conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas
  • Effectively communicating plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Managing projects, developing project plans, monitoring performance and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Qualifications:

  • Over 3 years as IT Business Analyst with proven track records of managing projects
  • Strong technical skills in related tools such as Microsoft Dynamix, SQL and ERP.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Intermediate communication skill in English
