SAP Support (SD-MM)


  • Maintain, Monitor, Solve, Track and Follow up the problems for responsible SAP Services including SAP interface to related system eg. Sales Tool, WMS
  • Develop documentation for configuration, enhancements, test scripts, end-user manual and training courses
  • Performs Unit, Integration and regression testing
  • Cooperate with vendor for control SLA solving incidents and contact the user to test run on QAS and promote to PRD
  • Cooperate with team members to devise adaptable, comprehensive and feasible infrastructure blueprints
  • Perform appropriate system solutions as customer required


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in any Modules (SD, MM)
  • At least 3 years experiences in SAP consulting and support
  • Experience in SAP system design and configuration, system testing, data migration, user training and go-live support
  • SAP S/4 Hana certification is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skill
