Job Description

The SuccessFactors Functional Solution Consultant will be involved in the successful implementation and ongoing support of the HR Technology roadmap. Working closely with the functional lead, they will help bridge process and technology solutions to improve the overall delivery of HR programs and services.

Required Skills:

  • 3 years’ experience using and managing a variety of HR systems and applications
  • At least 1 international SAP SuccessFactors System implementations
  • Functional knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Previous experience working on multinational projects and working with teams onshore and offshore.
  • Willingness to travel (25% of the time)
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design of Global Solution Template for functional area
  • Partner with Global Process Owner and the Business Design Lead to gain business direction for the functional area of design
  • Act as the conduit between IT and the project team, ensuring requirements are properly understood and captured
  • Lead the definition of business processes and system requirements
  • Lead the defined system and process area applying knowledge to contribute to support delivery of the functional team
  • Lead the design and creation of selective prototypes to demonstrate usability of the system template
  • Managing all system tests to ensure compatibility of production design into functional design
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of the HR system data structures / workflows / security / access etc. ensuring they meet HR & business requirements
  • Support the development of the Global HR IT Support Model
  • Provide support for troubleshooting issues
  • Contribute to delivery of BAU change in line with system specialism, acting as a subject matter expert
