Job Description

Knowledge and Experience:
Mandatory
Established as an SAP SD (OTC) Analyst with proven experience of supporting and delivering complex international SAP enterprise environments with specific experience in Sales Orders and Billing integration with FI
Commercially minded – able to competently follow business discussions and interpret system needs in both an operational & financial context
Proven experience SAP SD configuration and customizing through SPRO, and understanding of transport landscape
Experience with in/outbound integrations to SAP including BDC, BAPI, IDOC
Team lead experience with distributed offshore teams and multi-resource projects
Experience of working in a support organisation

Desirable
Experience working on other SAP modules, in particular FICO
Exposure to IT Helpdesk ticketing system

Mandatory
Strong configuration and testing skills with business oriented and process-oriented background
Must be able to set priorities, adjust to business-driven changes quickly, firmly commit to tasks and meet deadlines and apply problem-solving techniques to application, environment, and data issues
Ability to synthesize complex ideas into workable solutions
Ability to effectively communicate the implications of complex technical concepts to senior, non-technical audiences.
