The SAP AMS SuccessFactors Consultant Role:
Reporting to the AMS HCM Team Lead, the successful candidate will support the growing pipeline of AMS customers looking for support of their SuccessFactors implementations. You will work alongside the HCM TL and develop and enhance the skills of the AMS HCM Delivery team in the SuccessFactors space.
You will also be involved in and support any AMS SF proposals and potential pre-sales activity that require SF knowledge, lead the SuccessFactors team to embrace an expanding HCM practice alongside SAP’s growing portfolio of products in the SAP SuccessFactors arena that mirror the go-to-market messages of SAP.
+ Demonstrable expertise and experience across Success Factors including: Employee Central, Performance & Compensation, Learning and Development, Recruitment and on-boarding and other SF modules
+ Demonstrable expertise and board experience across the SAP HR spectrum as a whole:
++ HR Payroll / OM,
++ HR / HCM,
++ CATS knowledge
++ ESS and MSS
++ Knowledge and practice of XML is required
+ Ability to provide advice and guidance re statutory obligations and can comfortably speak knowledgeably with Payroll business users.
+ Understand SAP offerings i.e. Concur, S4Hana, and the Cloud products that going forward will be related/integrated in the HCM space#.
+ Ability to provide end to end business solutions.
+ Ability to oversee larger pieces of work.
+ Proven experience in a combined customer service handling / functional support role.
+ Experience within a consultant environment an advantage.
