Salesforce Support Analyst


  • Provide support to existing Salesforce customers
  • Design Salesforce solutions based on customer requirements
  • Creating documents as required, including logging cases/tickets


  • At least 1 year working experience in a similar role in the position of Business Analyst or Support Analyst
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or other similar solutions is a plus
  • Experience with ERP or related solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Eng., MIS, Statistics or Accounting is a plus
  • Good command of English language preferred
