Salesforce Support Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to existing Salesforce customers
- Design Salesforce solutions based on customer requirements
- Creating documents as required, including logging cases/tickets
Requirements:
- At least 1 year working experience in a similar role in the position of Business Analyst or Support Analyst
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or other similar solutions is a plus
- Experience with ERP or related solutions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Eng., MIS, Statistics or Accounting is a plus
- Good command of English language preferred
