Sales Strategy Analyst

Responsibilities :

  • Develop short and long-term sales strategic plans based on market research and data analytics in the aspects of product, process, productivity and people
  • Explore sales expansion opportunities, and develop new sales and service model by leveraging market research and sales funnel analysis
  • Conduct in-depth and insightful analysis to highlight trends and understand key parts of sales driver for identifying sales growth opportunities
  • Conduct data analytics and modeling to allocate the right sales target to the right channels with the alignment of business direction
  • Provide relevant insights to help the executives make the right decisions, address key challenges, and identify new ways to grow
  • Collaborate with Sales Channel, KPI & Incentive and Tools Development teams to implement the initiatives for sales performance improvement

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in data analytics or sales strategy
  • Advanced knowledge of big data analytics or statistical analysis
  • Strong competency in problem solving and analysis
  • SQL, SAS or Tableau experience is preferable
