Responsibilities:
- Provide suggestions for solutions and support for critical production systems.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.
- Manage SQL databases.
- Follow-up and update customer status and information.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in IT Support , helpdesk or other.
- Experience as SQL database management.
- Ability to explain complex solutions to the customer in an understandable way.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- A quick grasp and a very good verbal and written expression in English language.
- Thai or Foreigner currently living in Thailand.
- Fluent communicate in English.
