  • Provide suggestions for solutions and support for critical production systems.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information.
  • Manage SQL databases.


  • 1+ years of experience in IT Support , helpdesk or other.
  • Experience as SQL database management.
  • Ability to explain complex solutions to the customer in an understandable way.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • A quick grasp and a very good verbal and written expression in English language.
  • Thai or Foreigner currently living in Thailand.
  • Fluent communicate in English.
