Requirements:
- Good knowledge of all latest client OS like windows 8, Windows 10, Linux, Mac etc.
- Hands-on experience with servers and computer networks, network administration and network installation.
- Good knowledge on cloud computing & Email Administration (Google Apps /MS Exchange)
- Provide best support for server & networking issues.
- Troubleshooting of DHCP, Print Server & File Server.
- Installation and configuration of local and network printer.
- Good knowledge of corporate servers, firewall, VPNs and other appliances.
- Manage administration and maintenance of desktops/ laptops/ printers/ CCTV/ SERVERS/ other such devices.
- Require PC hardware support skill, Installing & configuration of MS Office &Troubleshoot various application like citrix and as per the requirements of clients.
- Preparing daily & monthly call report, closing calls etc.
- Handling Remote Desktop & Team viewer Calls.
- Keeping track of assets, maintaining database.
- Vendor co-ordination for replacement of the parts under warranty.
- Good communication skill, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Virtualization & Cloud Computing Subject Matter Expert – Will support cloud computing strategy and roadmap development from a project and technical perspective including identification of potential obstacles and solutions regarding the use of cloud computing in a client environment.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of server computer hardware/software systems.
- Expertise in data centre management and data governance.
- Must be willing to provide support 24 Hrs. in seven day , as and when needed
- Ability to manage personnel

- Location: Base in Bangkok
- Salary ranges: 25K -35K
- Male only with good English.
