- Action as a team leader with IT members.
- IT issues consulting for the team.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve the user problem.
- Create reports and present them to management as stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and related fields.
- Male Age 27-35 years.
- Be familiar with the Ticket process, Internet, Network, and Computer troubleshooting.
- Good customer service mind and customer relationship creation.
- Proficient in English communication, written and speaking is a must.
- At least 5 years experience in IT Support function and experience in team supervise.
- Able to drive cars as well (drivers license).
