Senior IT Support

 Job Description:
  • Action as a team leader with IT members.
  • IT issues consulting for the team.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve the user problem.
  • Create reports and present them to management as stakeholders.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and related fields.
  • Male Age 27-35 years.
  • Be familiar with the Ticket process, Internet, Network, and Computer troubleshooting.
  • Good customer service mind and customer relationship creation.
  • Proficient in English communication, written and speaking is a must.
  • At least 5 years experience in IT Support function and experience in team supervise.
  • Able to drive cars as well (drivers license).
