IT Support (1st Tier)

Job Description:

  • Provide 1st level of support for infrastructure, desktop support and IT applications, etc
  • Act as a SPOC to serve end users across the globe along with coordinating with the technical support team to solve the complex issues .
  • Response the users request via phone/ email and add the incident to the ticket system.
  • Coordinate with team members and transfer tasks between each shift rotation.
  • Provide support remotely upon requests.

Qualifications:

  • Graduated from IT or related field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in IT Infrastructure fields
  • Knowledge or experience in supporting Window Server/ Linux Server, experience in both infrastructure environment is a plus
  • Experience in supporting IT Applications, Web Application, Database, etc
  • Good English communication skills
  • Able to work as a shift, the shift rotation may include weekend and public holidays
