IT Technical Support

Job Description:

  • Work directly with end users to provide technical support, installation, maintenance, problem diagnosis, backup, trouble-shooting and administration of applications
  • Provide network support and assist in monitoring of server and network equipment
  • Ensure the quality of mobile app/website throughout development life cycle
  • Manage end users and reported issues and support cases, provide summary issue report to      team in a weekly basis
  • Assist in managing hardware and software inventories
  • Undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science related disciplines or above
  • With 2+ years relevant experience in Technical Support
  • Strong understanding of PCs, mobile phones, peripherals, and various operating systems including but not limited to Windows, Linux, Mac OS, iOS, and Android
  • Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure, Internet Security
  • Familiar with MySQL is a plus
  • Knowledge of programming is a plus
  • A team-player with the ability of working independently
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
