IT Technical Support
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operation for IT infrastructure (Network)
- Work with system users, user management and Information Systems management to determine system’s development strategy and to provide business process analysis and information system implementations that support the business goals.
- Coordinate and manage the developments of all IT projects in consultation with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Conduct IT improvement plan by developing system tools to increase the productivity of all operational departments
- Direct the work of technology professionals and analyzing business technology needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Engineer/Computer Science or related fields
- Good command in English
- High analytical skills, problem solving skills and team player
- Proven working 2+ yrs experience as an IT Technical Support or relevant experience
