JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operation for IT infrastructure (Network)
  • Work with system users, user management and Information Systems management to determine system’s development strategy and to provide business process analysis and information system implementations that support the business goals.
  • Coordinate and manage the developments of all IT projects in consultation with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Conduct IT improvement plan by developing system tools to increase the productivity of all operational departments
  • Direct the work of technology professionals and analyzing business technology needs

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Engineer/Computer Science or related fields
  • Good command in English
  • High analytical skills, problem solving skills and team player
  • Proven working 2+ yrs experience as an IT Technical Support or relevant experience
