Information Technology Manager (Healthcare)

LOCATION: Bangkok

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Manage the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage systems, and telecommunications.
  • Evaluate, implement, and support software applications and systems to streamline business processes.
  • Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with industry regulations
  • Lead and develop a team of IT professionals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology needs and implement innovative solutions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • B.Sc in Computer Science or related fields
  • Minimum 10 years’ IT experience with 5 years at IT management role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Expertise in IT infrastructure management, including networks, Microsoft servers, storage systems, virtualization, Cloud applications, and data backup.
  • Experience in IT Operation and Support, and IT Project Management.
  • Good understanding of data security and privacy regulations, as well as experience implementing cybersecurity measures.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute IT strategies, aligning technology with business objectives.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team of IT professionals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Thai.

Technical Skills:

  • Clients: Microsoft365 products
  • Servers: MS Window Servers, VM
  • ERP: Oracle EBS DB Admin
  • Backup: Veeam Software
  • Network: Firewall, Switch configuration, PABX, Wifi system, printers.
  • Microsoft and ITIL certifications
