Management Consultant

The Role

The transformation coach will primarily work with clients to help them rapidly deliver value in line with their newly defined vision. To do this, the coach will introduce an agile way of working to the client enabling them to deliver value early and often and build a sustainable capability so they can be self-sufficient.

In addition to this the coach will also be involved in driving the business further on the development side looking to bring on new exciting clients.

Candidate Requirements

The role requires a strong analytical acumen and a high strategic solution orientation to influence and guide discussions as the manager of a complex program’s which is transforming how clients delivers projects, program and transformations.

The Coach will be able to:

  • Guide clients in defining a vision and strategy
  • Training teams in Agile ways of working
  • Providing daily and weekly coaching to client teams and individuals in applying the new ways of working
  • Tailor Agile adoption approach to the client ensuring teams can sustain this new way of working

The coach will have strong experience in successfully supporting large scale change / transformation program however does not need Agile qualifications (though would be advantageous):

  • Have been trained by a large reputable management consulting firm via their graduate program focused on strategy and change management
  • Management skills to manage one or more large, complex program/projects simultaneously
  • Track record of customer focus, based on openness, trust, and delivering on promise
  • Strong facilitator confident in working with large senior client teams
  • Proven client coach being a trusted adviser in areas of strategy and change delivery
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Agile ways of working
  • Certified Scrum Master
