Global IT Support Engineer

Job Description:

  • Provide technical support for users in various areas in issue related to application, system, network infrastructure
  • Response to the request from users through the ticketing system and provide service following standard procedure
  • Work as the 1st tier technical support and respond to common infrastructure and desktop issues
  • Work with internal infrastructure and software teams and provide support remotely

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Familiar with Microsoft Windows environment
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Knowledge in networking (LAN, VPN, TCP/IP)
  • Experience in Linux OS would be advantageous
  • Good level of English communication skills
