Chinese Speaking IT Support

Responsibilities:  
• IT Technical Helpdesk support
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of IT related issues
• Hardware and Software Support

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Information Technology
• More than 1 years of relevant working experience in IT
• Able to Serve as first point of contact for customers seeking technical assassinate
• Able to communicate with Chinese speaking clients (MUST HAVE)
