Job Overview: We’re seeking a seasoned, results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to optimize our Bangkok-based warehouse and logistics. You’ll oversee the efficient and compliant management of Food Process Technology machinery from import/export to customer site installation. This role demands strategic thinking and proven leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute warehouse/logistics strategies.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage import, export, and distribution of machinery.
  • Implement inventory control and coordinate machinery installation.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
  • Lead and develop the warehouse and logistics team.
  • Manage department budget and analyze KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in logistics/warehouse management, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven ability to develop supply chain strategies.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics/warehouse software.
  • In-depth knowledge of import/export regulations.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience in machinery manufacturing or food process technology preferred.
