Senior Production Planner

LOCATION: Bangkok

Salary: ฿70,000-฿90,000 based on experience, performance, and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Our client is a global leader in automotive parts and components manufacturing. Due to rapid expansion, we are seeking a skilled Senior Production Planner to join our Production Management team in Lat Krabang.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive production capacity plans aligned with customer forecasts.
  • Create and manage detailed weekly and daily production schedules to meet customer demands.
  • Optimize finished goods inventory levels through effective planning and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality, engineering, and environmental challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO/TS16949 standards in all production operations.
  • Oversee daily production activities and MRP processes to maximize productivity.
  • Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives, including Kanban and JIT, to streamline operations.
  • Optimize logistics and transportation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery to customers.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and implement strategies to minimize inventory levels.
  • Foster a Lean culture throughout the supply chain and continuously improve planning and inventory processes.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 quality systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in material/production planning, parts planning, demand and supply analysis, preferably in the
  • automotive industry.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP systems.
  • Proven track record in the automotive and supply chain sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.

Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary of ฿70,000-฿90,000 based on experience, performance, and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
