Sales Representative (Phuket)


  • Must be Thai National
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Hard Sales
  • Excellent English in written and verbal communication skills, ability to analyze and respond to clients accordingly and quickly
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, positive attitude and customer service oriented
  • Works well under pressure and has the will to succeed
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Cross-culture understanding
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • A team player with a high level of dedication

Job Description:

  • Sell
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences overseas
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Answer and correspond with clients and prospects by email
  • Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understanding their needs
  • Update and collaborate with staff and company CRM
