- Achieve sales target for responsible areas.
- Coordinate budgets, forecasts and reports.
- Evaluate sales representative progress and development through coaching, performance evaluation and correspondence.
- Train, coach and develop sales force.
- Oversee handling of key customers.
- Contribute to the development of the sales, marketing, and customer retention, advertising, pricing and distribution strategies for the region.
- Ensure implementation of product strategies within responsible area.
- Minimum 8 years hospital experience with a minimum of 3 years sales management for MNC Medical Device.
- Ability to learn functional, technical skills and behavioral competencies.
- Good presentation skills
- Fluency in English and Thai language
