Regional Sales Manager (Pharmaceutical and Nutrition)

Responsibilities:

  • Respond in sales and marketing segments for Southeast Asia countries
  • Identify strong new partners for SEA market
  • Manage, create, coach, monitor and empower sales forces for expertise development
  • Drive revenue and growth targets for assigned products portfolios
  • Create and build a strong vision and team to ensure the company continue to progress and gain market share in a very dynamic and competitive environment
  • Meet customers to address their changing needs and to determine consistency relationship with them

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Sales / Marketing strategies and operations especially in Food Supplement, Pharmaceutical, or Nutrition businesses

Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Nutrition, Health or Food Supplement businesses
  • Experience in SEA Regional healthcare market especially in Food Supplement, Pharmaceutical, or Nutrition
  • Solid performance in Sales / Marketing strategies and operations
  • Outstanding in Leadership and High Achievement Motivation personalities
  • Business level in English communication
