Receptionist / Office Administrator

Salary: ฿27,000 – ฿40,000 depending on experience.

We are seeking a dynamic Receptionist/Office Administrator with strong English communication skills to join our regional office located in Bangkok. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for employees and visitors in a welcoming manner.
  • Manage telephone communications, screen calls, and redirect as necessary.
  • Coordinate courier services, including Thai post and DHL.
  • Receive and distribute incoming documents to staff members.
  • Input facility-related invoices accurately into the accounting system.
  • Ensure continuous availability of office supplies, including stationery, pantry items, and medications.
  • Assist in visa and work permit processing for international employees.
  • Coordinate company events like birthdays, social gatherings, town hall meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Provide thorough administrative support to the Management Team, including meeting arrangements, calendar management, and travel and expense reimbursements.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate in any discipline with proficient English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Outgoing, friendly, and adaptable personality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva.
  • Interest in collaborating with diverse professional, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds.
