Job Description:
We are looking for a Real Estate Project Developer to join our team and focus on developing residential projects for customers with middle and high income levels. The company’s main business is in developing residential real estate, including high rise and low rise condominiums in Bangkok, as well as horizontal projects such as housing developments, detached houses, semi-detached houses, and commercial buildings.

In addition to residential real estate projects, the company also develops ready-made factory projects for rent to meet the increasing demand from both Thai and foreign entrepreneurs. This role will involve working on both residential and factory projects to drive continuous growth and stability in the company’s total income.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development of residential real estate projects, including high rise and low rise condominiums, housing developments, and commercial buildings
  • Oversee the development of ready-made factory projects for rent for small to medium sized businesses
  • Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new projects and assess customer demand
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards throughout the development process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate development, with a focus on residential projects
  • Strong understanding of market trends and customer preferences in the real estate industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
