As a Quality Assurance Manager in the automotive industry, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and efficiency of digital processes within the organization. You will be tasked with conducting thorough analysis and assessment of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Your role will involve developing and implementing a digital transformation strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders to align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Analysis and Assessment: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
2. Digital Transformation Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance business processes through digital initiatives.
3. Automation and Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation to streamline manual processes and increase efficiency.
4. Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data analytics to gather insights into process performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
5. Technology Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance digital processes.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to understand their process needs and foster collaboration for successful implementation of digital solutions.
7. Change Management: Develop strategies to facilitate the adoption of new digital processes and provide training and support to teams during the transition.
8. Quality Assurance: Establish and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
9. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement in digital processes by staying ahead of emerging technologies and methodologies.
10. Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of digital process optimization initiatives.
11. Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks associated with process changes and develop mitigation strategies.
12. Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and external partners for the effective delivery of digital solutions.
Requirements:
– Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or Banking/Finance.
– 5-7 years of experience in Financial Services/Captive Finance, with leadership and project management experience.
– Detailed knowledge and application of reporting and insights skills, including experience with Tableau dashboards.
– Proficiency in SQL, Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Server.
– Additional skills in Process Mining, RPA, Python, and SAS are beneficial.
– Strong communication, project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
– Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
