Product Specialist
MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve sales, volume, growth, market share and listing targets for assigned brands
- Plan, orchestrate and execute HCP engagements, aligned with MCCP by tailored Patient Focused Interactions using right content based on HCP needs and priorities
- Report customer engagements activities in Veeva CRM and take advantage of all available functionality for enhancing customer interaction and experiences
- Monitor and communicate competition activity to Managers (FLSM, Management) to reflect market dynamics and potential counteracts
- Self-develop on latest medical/clinical knowledge, brand strategy and tactics, competitive landscape and standard platforms in order to challenge the status quo. This also include the development in selling skill and IMCM capabilities
- Collaborate with and provide feedback to Sales/Marketing on MCCP strategies and tactics and identify potential new sources of business
- Comply with local regulations, industry and company policies and PreMA code of conduct
- Collaborate with non-commercial cross functional colleagues (e.g. Medical and Market Access) to implement brand activities
- Facilitate purchasing and tendering process from hospitals
- Understand the process, PTC and requirement of hospital formulary listing process.
- Formulate quality account plan for top accounts and ensure alignment of activities/strategies vs country IBP
- Build and monitor brand adoption of our target customers align with brand strategy
- Work cross functional with marketing, medical and market access to drive brand activities related to function
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or science related
- At least 3 years experience as sales representative in ethical channel, pharmaceutical business
- Experienced in Ophthalmology is preferred
- Good communication/interpersonal skill
- Leadership, Integrity, Flexibility and Efficiency
