We’re seeking a dynamic Assistant Marketing Manager specializing in Footwear to drive our product marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive strategies to boost brand awareness, acquire new customers, and accelerate sales growth. You’ll analyze market trends and customer needs, collaborate with various internal teams to define product positioning and messaging, and manage the successful launch of new footwear products. Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
  • Analyze and identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, CRM, communications, sales, and creative teams, to define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Develop and manage product launch plans, ensuring the timely and successful introduction of new footwear products into the market and the re-pushing of product categories.
  • Create compelling product content, including product descriptions, marketing collateral, and digital assets, to effectively communicate product benefits and differentiate the brand in the market.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements related to the fashion industry to ensure compliance and drive innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners and buyers, to enhance brand visibility and partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 2-5 years in product marketing, brand management, or as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling product messaging and content in both Thai and English.
  • Can-do attitude with strong energy and results orientation. Able to work under time constraints.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
