Product Marketing Manager

Job Description:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales results for the designated product category. Your key responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, market trends, product positioning, and competitive landscape to drive marketing initiatives effectively. You will collaborate with the Marcom/Digital Marketing team to develop marketing communication strategies across various customer touchpoints, both online and in-store. Additionally, you will be involved in business planning activities such as monthly forecasting, monitoring inventory progress, and proposing actions to achieve sales targets in coordination with the sales team.

You will lead the introduction of new products by developing and executing launch packages, including promotions, communications, and channel strategies. Managing ranging plans, pricing, and promotional activities in stores will also be part of your role. Regular store visits will be required to ensure the proper execution of marketing activities and alignment with customer preferences.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the accuracy of sales forecasts and commercial investments on a monthly basis. Your contribution to the profit and loss (P&L) of the assigned product category will be crucial in driving company profitability.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, with a preference for experience in Product Marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for accurate and efficient forecast making and data analysis.
• Strong English language skills for international communication.
• Pleasant personality, high initiative, strong ownership, and ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Proven ability to find efficient work methods and manage schedules effectively.
• Knowledge of the Camera Industry will be considered a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with a good command of spoken and written English.
