Our client is the world leader in Commercial Vehicle part, Automotive Part and Construction Machinery. In line with its continued growth, the company is now looking a talent candidate as Product Marketing Manager (Aftermarket/Engine/Spare Part) to work very closely with Sales team to understand market requirements of spare parts and aftermarket product and maximize profits each product category as product owner, lead develop product strategy, Support necessary product information, initiate activity and solution to support customer to increase and maintain market share of each product in the region.

Report to: GM Product Sales and Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Product Portfolio management throughout sales result, profitability and market share including performance and marketing analysis, positioning, competitive analysis to define key differentiators and value propositions.
- Manage and initiate new ideas, solution, activity and product strategy, execute and implement marketing strategies, action plan for B2B/B2C marketing communications based on data analysis, customer needs and introducing to the market.
- Work together with Sales team to recommend actions to strengthen the product position in the market, improve distribution of products and ensure the promotions are implemented successfully.
- Working collaboratively with other stakeholder, supplier and etc. to develop local procurement product plan.
Develop sales collateral and promotional materials to drive product awareness, educate internal and external stakeholders and propose product strategies. - Study company products in each commodity in practical term & participate the training program according to company policy.
Prepare all product communication, marketing materials as statistical data, product presentation, product content for promotion material, leaflet, brochure, sales guide, any tool to contribute sales and product revenue. - Develop and Monitor Marketing budget and activity plan with visualize the activity to ensure alignment with strategy and in control
Leading key activities such as product launch, parts training, product seminar and road show including other related events.
Qualifications & Background:
- Thai Bachelor or higher degree in related field
- At least 10 years experienced in Product Marketing, Product Management, Product Engineering, Marketing or related experienced in Construction Machinery, Technical Product, Automotive Aftermarket/Spare Part with minimum of 5 years of working experiences in a multi-cultural is an advantage.
- Understanding of marketing process, business strategy planning and able to perform data driven analysis and make strategic decision proposals.
- Strong Leadership with ability to coordinate multi and cross functional activities and understand various, complex and technical subjects
- Ability to lead and manage cross functional projects.
- Ability to travel in and out of country for job site visit or dealer training, and for new products training.
- High interpersonal relationship capability and high communication skills to adapt to wide variety of interlocutors
- Good command of English both written and spoken
- Good negotiation, communication and problem solving skill
- Proactive, positive and can-do attitude, service-mind, team-player working
