Product and Brand Marketing Manager (Cosmetics)

Job Description:

  • Manage and ensure the success of the responsible portfolios.
  • Conduct research and develop marketing plans for new product launches aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts for sellable and non-sellable items, updating forecasting tools regularly.
  • Monitor new product launch results and adjust quantity forecasts as needed.
  • Coordinate the planning of materials within the allocated budget, including POSM, GWP, samples, testers, and PR/advertising materials.
  • Collaborate with the PR & Communication team for effective implementation of PR and communication activities.
  • Co-organize impactful press events for new product launches and maintain relationships with the press.
  • Manage the Line Official Account and ensure proper scheduling and dissemination of materials and messages.
  • Oversee PR and communication strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Review and plan items based on the marketing calendar, supervise orders, and manage local promotional materials.


  • Minimum requirement is a university degree, preferably with a Master’s in Marketing.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Brand / Product Manager, with expertise in Marketing activities.
  • Well-versed in the beauty, health and cosmetics industry.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, strong organizational abilities, and a good understanding of people.
  • Possesses a high level of proficiency in English with a strong comprehension of global company culture.
