Operations Manager / Senior Manager (Automotive)

Salary ฿130,000 – ฿150,000 based on performance and experience plus Allowances.

Our Client is the world leader automotive manufacturing. They are looking for an Operations Manager to manage and oversee all operations of the plant production manufacturing and also provide technical advisory to improve Production, Manufacturing Process, Manpower, CAPEX/OPEX, Engineering, Supply Chain, plant expansion and customer management and central improvement to ensure the maximize production and plant performance are on global business target.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring, Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations. Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
• Lead and directly control all operational activities within the plant to ensure that all operations are monitor and ensure an effective operation processes achieve the company goals
• Regularly manage and monitor to ensure that all production orders are completed in a timely manner with maximized efficiency
• Manage team to drive the development of the manufacturing improvement, Operation Standard, actions plan, and cross-functional management activities.
• Monitor quality of products, production, and overall process and ensure compliance to the standard
• Develop and implement new processes and improve operation process, establish and perform on site audit of operation process and ensure continued compliancy of the company environmental, health and safety requirements
• Review and advise main Engineering and Maintenance functions in the plant and project management including warehouse and supply chain
• Identifies, communicates and drives implementation of capital investments and improvement projects and operational best practices.
• Manage deployment of Lean Manufacturing techniques, quality, cost reduction, complete and on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, employee relations, visual controls and plant performance measures.
• Develops plans for the proper knowledge training for staff improvement
• Ensure and maintain high standards of goods and meet customer satisfaction within the delivery timeline

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher of Engineering majored in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
• Strong background in Operation Management, Production, Technical Operation Improvement or other related fields
• Minimum 15 years in Multinational Manufacturing, Plant Management, Operation and Production Improvement and at least 5 years managerial level and strong experience in overall manufacturing operation in Automotive manufacturing Industry
• Solid experience in organization management, leading and coaching skills
• Knowledge and understand the power engine, power system assembly technical process, continuous improvement program and logistics & warehouse management
• Strong Leadership in Manufacturing with Good Knowledge of manufacturing system standards.
• Good command in Thai and English and strong interpersonal, management and communication skills
