- Manage, verify and track all required documents of donation/sponsorship and prepare donation/sponsorship spending plan and report for management.
- Track with the sales team & prepare monthly report for the management on service items, free samplings of products.
- Track and report on budget, monitor spending on sales team detailing, accrue & adjust group detailing.
- Check & summarize on process for payment.
- Provide/circulation on the yearly service item of New Year Gift for HCP and organizer for field team.
- Process product listing (Cheque or FOC)
- Issue/circulate memo of hospital welfare shop price.
- Bachelor’s Degree related in business our accounting area.
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in an office administrative role.
- Attention to details.
- Good English & Thai communication skills.
- Good time management and the ability the multi-task & prioritize work.
- Familiar with management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
