Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Segment strategy team to enable Portfolio Strategy implementation for 0 –3 years.
  • Provide active inputs for defining the strategy.
  • Own the Pricing in cluster –Help design the pricing framework & implement pricing.
  • Work closely with commercial to help finalize the Y+1 Budget.
  • Accountable for New Product Launch Plan –Coordinate efforts to achieve launch timelines.
  • Lead the cross functional Tailored solutions efforts –Help Design and implement.
  • Effectively implement Customer marketing strategy in the cluster & crops.
  • Lead the Customer Campaigns Design & implementation to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the implementation of cluster/ regional and global initiatives –Digital and others.
  • Help design and implement Strategic Grower & Channel programs.
  • Champion the Market Funding efforts to be effective & efficient –Help design framework and implement.
  • Engage on Salesforce excellence and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Create cluster specific cross functional teams to run operations .
  • Own timely Inventory Assessment & Action plan for slow & non-moving.
  • Provide regular Market Intelligence Inputs .

Qualifications:

  • University degree (Master or equivalent).
  • Thai nationality
  • 8+ years of commercial experience.
  • Strong implementation capabilities & customer centricity.
  • Business acumen & understanding of agriculture (vegetable business preferred).
  • Ability to drive results through.
