Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Segment strategy team to enable Portfolio Strategy implementation for 0 –3 years.
- Provide active inputs for defining the strategy.
- Own the Pricing in cluster –Help design the pricing framework & implement pricing.
- Work closely with commercial to help finalize the Y+1 Budget.
- Accountable for New Product Launch Plan –Coordinate efforts to achieve launch timelines.
- Lead the cross functional Tailored solutions efforts –Help Design and implement.
- Effectively implement Customer marketing strategy in the cluster & crops.
- Lead the Customer Campaigns Design & implementation to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead the implementation of cluster/ regional and global initiatives –Digital and others.
- Help design and implement Strategic Grower & Channel programs.
- Champion the Market Funding efforts to be effective & efficient –Help design framework and implement.
- Engage on Salesforce excellence and customer engagement initiatives.
- Create cluster specific cross functional teams to run operations .
- Own timely Inventory Assessment & Action plan for slow & non-moving.
- Provide regular Market Intelligence Inputs .
Qualifications:
- University degree (Master or equivalent).
- Thai nationality
- 8+ years of commercial experience.
- Strong implementation capabilities & customer centricity.
- Business acumen & understanding of agriculture (vegetable business preferred).
- Ability to drive results through.
