Marketing Manager (luxury Skincare/Cosmetic)

Salary ฿150,000 – ฿200,000 reflecting the Candidate’s experience, performance and qualifications.

Our client is a leader in the global luxury beauty skincare and cosmetics brand company. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to manage all marketing aspects to support the luxury brand and lead development and execution of 360 marketing plans, build brand awareness, seamless online-offline marketing including all merchandising strategy, customer Journey activities, product launches and brand’s image.

Location: Bangkok

Responsibilities:

  • Lead performance of key marketing activation, marketing campaign, brand and marketing strategy, Product Launch plan, media, pricing, promotional and sampling strategy to support the major launch in each year.
  • Budget management for marketing activities ensuring a profitable and business growth.
  • Develop innovative marketing programs leveraging offline/online/digital initiatives while effectively managing the retailer relationship.
  • Drive integration of digital and CRM campaigns, customer engagement, retention and customer focus campaigns to improve brand performance in Customer Decision Journey.
  • Evaluate and align local marketing plans, strategies and KPIs with global and regional brand directives.
  • Challenge and guide markets to set and achieve clear goals in the CRM roadmap
  • Lead initiatives to support major product focus and oversee the 360° launch plans.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop digital communications, e-commerce and CRM plans to ensure a seamless Customer Decision journey from online to offline.
  • Ensure all brand communications comply with brand image and guidelines.
  • Maintain brand image at POS in accordance with Visual Merchandising and Design guidelines.
  • Harmonize product assortment and pricing across distribution channels and markets.
  • Share best practices across markets and monitor key competitors’ activities and results.
  • Analyze brand performance to identify risks and opportunities to achieve annual targets and serve as a marketing liaison between local and HQ brand teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business studies.
  • Minimum 5 years in marketing management for Cosmetics, Beauty, Skincare, or Niche perfumes preferably in the luxury retail segment and experience in prestige beauty is an advantage.
  • Must have strong leadership skills and ability to work with people from cross functional departments – dynamic, flexible, positive attitude.
  • Strong understanding and extensive knowledge on marketing strategies, current marketing trends, media industry news, competitive marketplace, retail innovation, channels and branding.
  • Strong Business Communication, negotiation and good in English.
