Marketing Manager (Automotive)
Job Description
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing objectives
- Overseeing and responsible the company’s marketing and local event budget
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns with sales activities, after sales activities and body and paint shop activities
Local event, showroom event, new product launch - Showroom decoration (seasonal event),car display
- Creation and publication of all marketing communication and material and on line in line with marketing plans
- Monitoring , measuring and report on effectiveness of all marking performance and help the teams to achieve their target
- Oversee and audit the process above other CSI survey
- Develop strategic mystery shopping work plan for both internal and external
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
- Weekly meeting and reporting with Managing Director to review or give feedback and recommendation of sales and market situation, competitors, sales promotions, marketing and advertising plan etc
- Good organizational skills, follow-through and ability to work well tactically, strategically and conceptually
- Must possess a sense of urgency and a “can-do” attitude
- Excellent management skills, strong leadership ability
- Must be available off hours and able to work when situations dictate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Support in the control of annual department budget and overall spending in the department
- Good knowledge and usage of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, FaceBook Live and Social Media
- Occasional travel to attend the Road show event, Motor Show, Motor Expo, etc
