Manufacturing Supervisor

Overview:

We’re looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor in Bangkok to optimize our manufacturing process. You’ll ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality output by managing production teams, monitoring schedules, and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Plan & Schedule Production: Develop schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow.
• Manage Teams: Oversee, train, and evaluate production teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Control Quality: Implement quality standards, conduct inspections, and address issues promptly.
• Improve Processes: Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements for productivity and cost reduction.
• Maintain Equipment: Ensure proper upkeep and schedule inspections/repairs to minimize downtime.
• Ensure Safety: Enforce safety regulations, conduct training, and promote a safe work environment.

Qualifications:
