Salary: ฿60,000 – ฿65,000

The Role

Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts with a focus on strategy, data analysis, and executive search within the IT/Automotive sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the hiring lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Strategy & Analysis: Design recruitment strategies, track performance dashboards, and optimize candidate experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with hiring managers and external agencies; standardize vendor terms.
  • Talent Pipeline: Drive university relations, internships, and job fairs.
  • System Optimization: Assist in the implementation of a new HRM system.

Requirements

  • Experience: 15+ years in recruitment (Strategy, Employee Planning, and Full-Cycle).
  • Sector Expertise: Experience sourcing Executive and Technical IT talent.
  • Background: Experience in Japanese or international firms is a major plus.
  • Education: Degree in HR, IT, Business, or Social Sciences.
  • Skills: Proactive, logical thinker, and strong negotiator.
  • Languages: Fluent English (Written/Verbal); JLPT N2 preferred.
