Legal Manager

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and solidify contracts such as SPA, MOU, MOA, JV, Construction and Turnkey Contract.
  • Liaise with external regulations as well as lawyers and counsels.
  • Review and draft contracts and legal documents. Negotiate contractual terms with counterparties.
  • Manage legal team and provide guidance to increase team ability.
  • Oversees the corporate legal process such as incorporation, liquidation, Capital Increase and related process.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Executives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law or higher
  • Barrister-at-law and/or lawyer license would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 – 10 years of working experience, preferably in the real estate industry (law firm is a plus)
  • Excellence in contract drafting skills both in Thai and English.
  • Strong analytical skills with legal acumen and the ability to manage tasks effectively under time constraints and tight deadlines.
  • Experienced in the real-estate business industry (Construction, Condominium, Housing Projects, Turnkey and etc.)
  • Able to lead tasks independently with proactive task management.
  • Knowledge and experience as/in a corporate lawyer, Litigator, M&A and investment are also highly desirable.
