Key Account Manager (Plastics)

• Account development, contract negotiations and coordinates technical resources in local country
• Provide leadership in key accounts management
• Support the distributor’s sales team on target tracking and sales development
• Provide leadership in new business and market development including securing specifications in order to support the local country medium / long term business growth potentials
• Support global marketing programs, strategies and multi-generation product planning (MGPP)
• Conduct seminars and presentations for major customers
• Build strong relationships with customers’ key stakeholders
• Integral contribution to productivity and quality program initiatives

To succeed in this role, you must have relevant experience in sales

• Preferably with Degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in plastics related industry
• Knowledge of engineering plastics preferred
• Proven track record in business development or application conversion
• Highly energetic leader with initiative & confidence
• Good communication and seminar presentation skills with a pleasant personality
• Integrity & results-oriented
• Receptive to change / new ways of thinking
• Passion for global interaction
